Our public courses run on announced dates: a clear annual schedule of cities and dates that lets you plan ahead, and a seat is open to anyone, from any organization. That openness is the point of them — participants from different organizations and sectors enrich discussion and experience sharing, and the case a colleague brings in from another sector often teaches more than the slide on the screen.
What you leave with is on the record: a certificate from the institute for every participant who completes the course. The rest is arrangement, nothing more — pick a course from the announced schedule, then complete your registration. The table below is the registration terms in brief.
Registration terms

| Fees and confirmation | A registration is confirmed once the invoice is issued; fees are settled before the course starts by bank transfer or credit card. Organizations that nominate participants regularly receive a special discount when nominating 10 or more participants during the year. |
| Cancellation and substitution | Cancellation up to 5 working days before the course is free of charge. After that, a substitute participant may attend or the registration can be moved to a later date; no-shows are charged in full. |
